Yes I do/did. I was just adding in a little humor. It always amazes me how many random, tiny little insignificant things that occur that can tweak a back. Like sneezing for instance. Saw that first hand with one of my old football coaches. He sneezed and we ended up calling practice and taking him to the hospital.

So true. Mine would tweak very easily until I finally ruptured the disk and had surgery. Now 20 years later it's usually good but a couple times a year I act like I'm 18 and bulletproof. I am neither of them.

Me either.
My wife will ask me sometimes when mine flares up just what I have done to aggravate it. A lot of times I honestly don't know the answer. I have figured out though that weather plays a huge part.
