Who is still shooting 300 Win Mag

+1 here for the 300 Winnie, been getting stuff done since 1963 and going strong today.

Definitely longer throat is way to go, I'm running 250 Atips outta my 8 twist seated at 3.850.

I build a ton 300 win mag's. With my reamer its pretty normal to see the winny scream the 215 hybrids.. really tough round to beat for all around use

if i want speed, i go with a longer barrel rather than more powder...........just my choice

I'm curious to see who is all still shooting your 300 Win Mag. I have a 300 Win Mag 26" bull carbon fiber barrel. I will hopefully be shooting this weekend with factory ammo till I get some Peterson long brass. What your go to bullets over 200gr preferred?

I have been shooting the same .300 WM for over 35 years. The barrel has been shot out and replaced once. Most recent load has been 200 grain ELD-X with H1000 powder.

Can anyone tell me what the normal case growth is? Shooting factory ammo. No bolt lift or signs of pressure. Just want to make sure it's set right !

I love my 7 r saum and am glad to have a 338 rum every few years.
But my 300 win mag i built with a krieger barrel has killed more game than any other rifle i own.
