What is your favorite hunting knife?

My edc is a Charlie Ochs (ox forge) black knife. When I'm hunting I switch between a New West Knifeworks bird and trout knife and a Bradford guardian3 knife. I like small fixed blades when caping animals. I do use these to debone the meat also but I'm faster with a 5" semi stiff curved blade Dexter Russell

I love all kinds of knives, but for me, a Victorinox smooth bladed classic paring knife does the job of gutting, ringing the arse end and skinning better than any other. I add the Victorinox inside the sheath of a Cutco serrated Hunter.

I have a Buck 110 that I bought in the early 70's that has dressed and cut up a whole lot of deer. About 2000 or so I called Buck because the hinge pin had a little play in it and I wanted them to snug it up. They offered to replace it, but that knife and me have a lot of memories. Long story short, I'm still using it. I did win another one at a whitetail banquet, but can't bring myself to use it.
