Just to keep it simple, most .30 magnum's push the same weight bullets at around the same velocity across the broad... so other than in the "gun rag's" for conversation, controversy, and sales, where's the real gain of one over the other? Cartridge design is a lot like good looking women, pick the one you like and hope it works. Good luck!
