What gun would you want if the SHTF?

Hk 91 with one of my Japanese nikon 3x9 scopes with psg1 trigger .The barrel life is suppose to be 250000 rounds they say .Its the bad to the bone gun .My light weight one is ruger mini 14 in 223 they never jam on me and last way longer than ar15 .
When I was 19 I bought an HK91 for $640.00. The fluted chamber made the 308 cases tough to size. It was accurate. I never put a scope on it. Sold it like a D.S.. Had two Armalite AR-180's then also. One made by Sterling of England and other Howa of Japan. Traded one for a Sako heavy barrel 22-250. Still have it. Sold other. Sold a mini 14 then also. Two years ago a lady here was selling a bunch of guns cause he husband did. I bought a lot of them. She had a Ruger mini 14 ranch rifle for $200.00 ! Duh... I recently traded it to a friend for a Rem 700 243. Two recliners, set of 4 new tire chains and some other things.

Tikka TSR-1 .308. A Tikka CTR in a McReese chassis. It's on the heavy side for a hunting rifle, but would easily explode heads at 600 yds. I doubt I would leave home without it. If I have to take my chances, I'd take it with that.

Back in the seventies I went to the range with the German army ( Bundeswehr ) and qualified with the G3 version of the HK91. That was a very accurate rifle.

CZ Bren 2 14" pinned and welded to rifle conversion with Griffin muzzle device. 5.56mm, has an Aimpoint PRO on top. I don't plan on needing to "snipe" two legged bad guys at max range. It weighs 7 lbs and would do fine for a personal defense rifle. My backup would be a 14.5" 5.56 AR setup similarly.
