208 ELDM or 208 LRHT would be my choice
Do you actually own and a shoot a 300WSM? The case volume isn't enough to push heavy bullets. Anything over 180 gr. becomes horibly slow. To the poster I tried about 10 differrent powders in the 165 to 175 grain bullets. The slowest powder was reloader 23. Things like Superformance, ramshot hunter, 4000 -MR, Leverrevolution, and hybrid 100. You are never going to get speed with powders as fast as Varget. You have to chrono your rounds because load data listings are often optimistic.

165 Nosler Partition sitting on top of as much H-4350 as your rifle can handle ignited by a Rem 9 1/2 primer will handle anything you care to harvest...a one cartridge for everything fer' sure..

180 gr. Winchester factory ammo. I've tried several different reload combinations, but nothing has out performed the factory load. My Winchester 300 wsm has been my take it out and put meat on the table rifle for several years now.

I've used Barnes 168 TTSX over H-4350 at 3130 FPS on 5 elk and a few mule deer. Does a nice job on them. Full mushroom and complete penetration and not much meat damage with proper shot location, but enough to put em down on the spot.

I guess it depends on your freebore. My hunting partner has one and shoots 208 LRHT's at 2950fps out of a 24" barrel. And another close buddy shoots the 208 ELDM at 2900fps out of 22" barrel.

Those are very good speeds for those bullets IMO. Maybe they're way into pressure? But I've sat next to them and seen them shoot them.

I've used the 215 Berger with fantastic speed and accuracy

Berger 180 Elite. H4831sc. 2 different 300wsm rifles. Chronied at 2980 and 2960. Shoot amazing out of both rifles. Tikka and an old A bolt 2. My second choice would be to try 178eldx
