Top end 22 centerfire suppressor

I have all three lengths of Ultra. The 5 lives on a Tikka in 308, cut to 16". It isnt linearly louder than the 7 from the 9, at all. Use one before you buy, for sure. The 9 is amazing, the 7 is great. Comparatively, the 5 sucks. I like mine for the light and handy 308, don't get me wrong. But it may not be what you think it is.

You did yourself well with this question and all the responses. Good thread, gents.
Thank you for the remarks, I will take it into consideration for sure.

You can rummage through the above link or I could save you the time. The quietest bolt gun suppressors, including.224, are the CGS Hyperion, DD Enticer L, OCL Hydrogen. You can check manufacturer websites to see their variants for Ti, length, etc and extrapolate what is likely the quietest 6-7" can or 5-6" can.

Agonizing over abstract numbers on the Pew Science website is an exercise in splitting hairs once you realize your ears probably can't hear the difference between his 41.2 and 43.7....rating/ score.
Is the CGS Hyperion still the best at DB reduction? Have any others bested it lately or on par with it?

On the 308 bolt action rifle the Hyperion is now #4 overall behind the PTR Vent 1, CAT JL/A1, & Liberty Precision Machine Mach L.
The Dead Air Nomad L & Liberty Precision Machine Enticer L are "on PAR" but fall into the 5 & 6 slots
