Tikka an appropriate action for the Nosler family?

@blackaj I'm sure he was referring to a 2.5" long or more cases. It handicaps them heavily with a 3.38" mag limit, even with then aics bottom metal/mag setups I think you're limited to 3.56 max length. So yes they're not ideal for long action Magnum cases, however they work fantastic for any short/medium length 308 or mag faced case.
Totally agree with that, Tikkas suck for true LA cartridges

I have a 28 Nosler built on a Tikka action. For my handloads i single feed them but currently looking at getting an AICS mag conversion for it so it will be mag fed. However with factory Tikka Mags the factory Nosler Ammo feeds perfectly fine with no issues and can fit 3 rounds in the mag as well without issues. When using factory 28 Nosler Trophy grade 160gr AB in my Tikka 28 nosler my groups at 200yds are .3 moa which is very good. With my handloads with a 195 berger i am .25 moa at 200 yards. Also took it out to 2060yds and was dancing all around the target but couldnt quite get a hit with it. I hope to have my 28 mag feed after this hunting season this year.

And that's solid performance, not a lot of winmags that do that in a 26" barrel, at an an accuracy node anyway.
That is pretty darn good. I got a t3x 300wm in an xlr chassis and I run the 210vld out of my 24in barrel at 2940 with retumbo. Some what conservative as I worked past that by 1.8 grains in load development but accuracy was garbage.
