We loved our smoked meat as well!!! Here's a typical summer Sunday at the house, both my boys live close so we GRUB!!!!

Lucky for you, I just caught this post. I ruined the Mac N Cheese (Kraft In the box). Un edible IMO. Maybe some wildlife may chance it. I'll wait till tomorrow & grab something instead. Expired May 2020. I could have swore I just bought it a few months ago. I think I may be in need of a Nanny or Hospice real soon. lol

I've found cherry pellets to flavor meats best.....
But all looks really good....just can't imagine waiting 16 hours for any food...

How long and what temp for the potatoes?

3 hrs. Started at 225 for the first hour, 250 for the last two. They were done, but could have used a little more time. Asparagus was 1 hour.

Tried this ham at Xmas. It was so so. Maybe if I had a better cut of ham. Not itching to do it again anytime soon.

Ham with cloves & pineapple done slowly may change your mind.
