Yep, I did say that, and I meant it too. I'm tired of the same old politicians ripping us off and filling their own pockets. Sarah Palin is just what we need running this country. Someone with a good family oriented upbringing, small town raised, and not a politician. I like that she doesn't have years of the typical beltway mentality. We're better off with someone like her. She's got enough common sense to have good advisors to tell her what the facts are, then make an assessment, and choose the path that would be right for the people of this country. I believe she's in it for the good of the country and to serve the people, instead of like the others who just serve their own best interests. Politicians with beltway experience has shown nothing but a LONG history of growing government, corruption and gluttony. We can't keep up this pattern in the US because we're rapidly freefalling to our demise as a great nation, if we don't change quickly this country won't be worth living in. I think someone like Sarah Palin is EXACTLY the change we need.

No not the will of, as god talks to no one. But in the name of god. Which to me is as valuable as the will or name of Zeus, Thor, Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, or Pegasus.
Sounds like a little too much firewater to me. It would be easy to see how Obama might be a messiah to some people. What's the saying..."If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything."
I feel as if I am voting for the lesser evil here. I don't care for any of them very much. I don't see a clear cut decision.
The only thing I do know is that Obama is not a fan of the 2nd Amendment. That matters a lot to me. He is a Socialist. We have world history to tell us how that works.
Colin Powell's point is useless as Congress is to blame for the economic state of things.
McCain is an old man. Who, it has been pointed out to me, may have undiagnosed PTSD. I know first hand how problematic that can be.
I want to believe Palin could be the change we need. As Phorwath has pointed out she is a very inexperienced. I dislike her Christian moral values.
Biden is an idiot.IMO.

We have to ponder how we reached such a dangerous crossroad in the American culture. I have previously surmised Obama as not the real problem. The real problem lies in the hearts of those who choose to ignore Obama's lack of candor on past political machinations and Marxist views. We as a people must question Obama's morality. If he is accused of participating in immoral affairs then a moral nation must demand a thorough explanation. This has not happened. Instead, there are large numbers of people colluding with the Obama propaganda machine to whitewash his past. Unfortunately, it is this ignored demand which all of us, guilty or not, will be held accountable for by God and our children. I am not invoking some apocalyptic scenario. All we have to do is open our history books and our Bibles to see our future. Whether we look at our dire situation from a religious or a political point of view it is frightening. Even if Obama doesn't win we have to question how such a person with so many questionable pursuits rose to such compelling power. As Iron Worker stated the answer is clear in Galatians 6:7.

Actually, if the AK Libs, the whole handful move to Kalifornia or MA it would be a great trade & most people would be quite pleased. I might consider it myself.

Better hope McCain and Palin have some jumbo sized rabbits in their hats. Something more than the name slinging they've reverted to ever since the polls made it clear that they're losing. All the sudden Obama's a Muslim and hangs around with terrorists. Yeah, I believe it, just like the rest of the country doesn't.
By the way, check ANY poll. Find one this week that shows McCain in the lead and post it here. Whoops! Guess there aren't any. And now that Powell gave Obama the thumbs up, it'll be all downhill from here on out. And George Bush will watch the consequences of his 8 years of labor as the Republican Party goes down in flaming defeat. The guy's arrogant to the point that if asked him if, in retrospect, he made any mistakes, he wouldn't be able to think of one. Will I thought of one - he got out of bed this morning! That in itself is the definition of a Cluster.

You think guns are toys? You think now is a time for the good of the country that we set aside our 2nd Amendment rights? Hey look man Bush is pro Family ( Not Bill and Joe getting married) He's pro life, It took a while but we are winning in Iraq. Ok no WMDs. In the 20s the world ignored Germany when they started to re-arm themselves,then Hitler who ran for office 21 times ( He lost 20 times,but won on the 21st attempt) came into power when Germany was re armed and thus WW2 which resulted in 50Million world wide deaths. What would've happen if the president at that time ( Coolidge) went in and kicked their ***? Perhaps no WW2. Now look man have you ever been President?Just what expertise are you speaking from? Don't you know that his two nominees to the high court saved our beloved 2nd Amendment. Yes he has done some dumb things,but were you there?Do you have CIA and FBI briefings on your desk every morning? Just what exactly do you know?

Excellent points, Iron Worker! Seems everyone is looking at the glass as half empty. We don't want Obama's "fundamental change" for America. Our "fundamentals" are just fine. We simply need good sense change for the better through integrity, adherence to constitutional soundness, and good old Americanism. Not a headlong rush towards Marxism.
America is and has been the greatest, most prosperous, most generous, and most free nation in the history of man. Let's leave our "fundamentals" alone. McCain has the solid experience and Palin has the rugged, frontier, good sense spirit that we need right now.
I'm proud to be an American and I say, despite economic glitches or any other current challenges, that the glass for us is much more than half full.
