Recommendation for Springfield Armory Saint Victor AR-15 pistol compliance

I am changing my AR Pistols back to the round buffer tubes that cannot accept the SBA or other standard stocks.
I then removed my KAK Blades and SBA stocks from my residence where the pistols are kept. I may retrieve them later if the litigation resolves the issue.
I believe in trying to comply with the laws, but I don't want the restrictions of the SBR license when it's not necessary and my intent is not what the law was designed for. My AR Pistols ARE Pistols, NOT Rifles.
