Proof research barrel in a tikka varmint stock?

I know NOTHING about Tikka inlets. But I DO know how to sand down stuff. I happen to own metric and standard deep well impact sockets. They are perfect. You can find a "right size" for just about any barrel.

Broom handel is bad. You cannot get a concentric removal of stock.
