New Leica Geovid Pro 10x42 AB+ with Shot Probability Analysis

It has active scan mode, so this depends. But normally about 2 - 3 seconds. This also depends on the distance. Of course trying to range 1776 yards will take longer than 300 yards etc.
Thanks for the reply. Do you know how the windage solution works?

It's very similar to the Revic BR4. Will ask for speed and then direction, laz object and will get distance for a brief moment followed by elevation adjustment followed by windage adjustment.

Also, to add to what the other person said. You can set the pattern you want the information to display. You get 4 outputs (Range, Elevation, Windage, Shot Probability Analysis) and you can pick which one is first, second, third etc... You can also set how long each output displays for (1 second, 3 seconds etc etc).

The Shot Probability Analysis allows you to build a profile of data including the targets you plan to shoot. Once you have selected the target and it's size we can use those factors to determine the capabilities vs the target size and then model the outcome. We have been doing this for the military for over a decade now. This is the first civilian product to use this proven system. We do cover this in the Modern Advancements series of books and the Accuracy & Precision books we have published. This is a case of proven military technology finally hitting the civilian market per say.
Do the Leica AB Geovids perform any of the Kestrel functions? I.e... spin drift, station pressure. Or do they rely on a kestrel for all inputs?

Kestrel gives you the wind , and those Binos work fast and flawlessly. Connecting the two is easy and quick

This thread goes back a little. Does anyone have anything else to add to this conversation? I've needed an all in one solution for years and I've been holding out hoping some better tech would come along. These look like the best thing out there for hunting, which is all I intend to use them for. I've always been a Swaro guy but these look to be ahead of the El Range in capabilities. Is that fair to say?
