Muzzle brake weight savings

The big savings is in the carbon fiber bolt handle I can go weigh a couple different styles of muzzle brakes if that helps you. Let me know

Carbon fiber bolt handle, now thats thinking outside the box.
How would you attach it ? Cut existing handle as close to bolt body and attach with threaded insert?

I've seen carbon fiber Tikka bolt handles, never got one but ya, there out there.
Carbon fiber mag box and follower is another one.

I think it tactical works, they are titanium handle with carbon knob.

Hmm wonder if anybody has or is doing something on a 700 style action.
Curious to the weight difference.

How bout a polymer action-- that would save a bunch of weight and the cost would be lower than titanium too ;-)

I haven't done any work with carbon fiber stuff but I'm probably going to have to look into it. My first project was going to be a carbon fiber bottom metal floor plate
