depends on who you get info from about needed twist with the edl-vt you need a 7.5? that's only due to marketing of the 22arc. that would have to be 1 long 62gr to need a 7.5.

8twist is what I have coming. And quite a few guys have shot them in an 8twist 250 with no issues. The box says 1:8" twist recommended

nothing wrong with the 8! the minimum stated on boxes is always up for discretion

Man the other day I was going through a worksheet for a stainless fluted and cryogenic treatment with muzzle threaded and the price is about the same as a carbon fiber barrel. Seem like you minus well get the carbon fiber barrel instead and save some weight. By the time I was done with add on I think I was looking at 900 plus
