Curious which action did he built yours on? His NMI and builds are scary accurate and forgiving from the reports I have seen in his long 300NMI thread.I have a peirce built 300nmi. Switched from him muscle brake to a mbm beast, noticeable reduction in recoil.
I run almost all salmon River ti slab brakes they are great. I'd say even better than my Kirby allen brakeYeah those are the SRS TI Pro.
Its a Kelbly. It needs a new barrel. Have quite a few rounds on it, between 900-1000 it doesn't have a ton of fire cracking but the throat has moved quite a ways. 230s at 3070 with N570 is hard on a bore. 2950 is a more forgiving node. Have to clean the heavy carbon fouling every 40-50 rounds. N570 is great for velocity and temp stability, but it's DIRTY burning stuff.Curious which action did he built yours on? Yep that's what I have seen same but worse with rl33. Still gave 8lbs of that to burn thru. Higher neck tension and upper node helps but then the throat takes even more of a beating. When mine gets built I want to try h50bmg. I am fine with the lower vel but really like the full case and those single digit es and it has very good temp stability as well. The groups Ryan got off his h50 load were very good. The other nice thing is it never seems to go out of stock!!, lolIts a Kelbly. It needs a new barrel.
