LabRadar question

I just received my Labradar yesterday. I have not had time to test it out. ( That's killing me slowly)
I am aware that it does not track above 3999 fps. What worries me the most about it, is tracking 223 rem.
I've read that it looses tracking on the 233 at about 50yds. I will know more about it by Sunday afternoon.
I also have a brand new Springfield 45acp 1911 range officer Target pistil that should be in tomorrow at my FFL,
I will break both of them in together and I hope to get some time in with the 223 on the Labradar.
I'll let you know what I find out.

If you buy the accessory microphone, the Labradar will pick up smaller calibers as well as air gun pellets. I have not missed a single shot with it.

Try the JKLPrecision.com trigger. Very sensitive. Has eliminated all non-triggers.

The greatest thing about the Lab Radar is you never have to worry about shooting any bullets that are affected by the Labradar.. Personally I don't want any wasted bullets with POI change.. I am have had a Magneto and it changed drastically POi on different rifles.. Nothing strapped to my gun just sit and shoot.. IF a guy reads how to position the LR for different guns, muzzle brakes, etc it will work every time.. It is all positioning of the LR.. To each their own.. Good luck with your decision.

Thanks for the info on the JKL. I tried to order one when I placed my order, but the company I was going to order it from stated that they were out of stock, and would not be back in stock until 05/30/20.

That only a week away. JKLPecision was out of stock when I bought mine. Shipped about 10 days later . Worth waiting for. When I order something, I'm like a kid in April waiting for Christmas. Maybe that's why I buy so much crap?? When I die, my son is planning to back a concrete truck up to the basement windows to turn my house into a slab house.

Not to change the subject too much...where is the best place to find the best price on a Labradar? I have a Magneto Speed, but would liike to try the Labradar. Thanks.

Mine came from Cabelas I had points and they do a 10% off Tuesday. If you don't mind waiting prior to Christmas, Labradar does a 10% off from the factory. Stacked that was the best deal I could find.

Unless TX or whatever state you are from is different from UT, Brownell's does now charge sales tax.

Me To. (kid waiting on Christmas) JKL just sent me an email telling me that they were back in stock. I did not hesitate on ordering it. I did not like the fact that the unit was being hit with the gases coming from the muzzle. A couple of my ARs and rifles have compensators on them, so there is gas going in all directions but down. In my book this is a high dollar tool and I want to protect it every way possible. The best thing about it is, and a selling point to the wife was.
Its not setting in front of the gun and I don't have to shoot through it. That way it doesn't get SHOT. Tomorrow we retire an old Coldwell chrono that has severed well over the last eight years, and it will serve as a back up for the
Labradar if it ever goes down. Man that would suck if I had to go back to using it again. LOL

Go to buymylabradar.com. AKA,,, TCK, LLC Exclusive Distributors of Labradar. they are in Wichita Ks.
I'm only saying this because, They do not collect online tax, and shipping is only $9.95 UPS. It took 4 days from the time I order it, to the time it showed up at my door. That alone saved big bucks. Also if I have any problems, the people I bought it from can answer my Tech questions and exchanges. I can't get any of that with Midway or Brownells.
I'm a big fan of both companies and support them anyway I can. But when your spending money and trying to save money to go on the next projects, every penny counts.
