DO NOT RUSH INTO IT! Try to define what you want your end result to be. IMHO taking a reloading class, or get with an experienced re-loader, to see what all it entails. An instructor told us that after taking a class, many shooters decide it a is NOT a hobby they wanted to do and would buy their ammo off the shelf. Your choices at first can be overwhelming! You learn as you go, so do not rush into any aspect. If you want to load for precision shooting. a single stage press lets you control every step completely. For volume, then you look to a turret or progressive. No reason to not get both - eventually. Keep a log of what you reload. I use a checklist to stay on track and do things in a specific order to not only control the process, but STAY SAFE!!! All those contributing here have good advice. but go slow! READ and research. Reloading like shooting: spend once, cry once. You WILL end up with items you will eventually wish you had not bought (ask anyone here) and those you wish you had spent your money on instead. You can slow, buy with intent to sell and upgrade as you learn and sell to get $ for new. Much more, but I have rambled enough. Good luck, and HAVE FUN!!!!!
