Is there a 6.5 cartridge that runs N570 well?

I'm putting together a 6.5 max. Is yours up and running?
Yes. And it's shooting well, finally. Started with 129gr Absolute Hammers. My rifle does not like them. Switched to 123gr Absolutes and now it's humming. Just verified my load at 400 yds. Just under 0.5moa at 400. Speed is right at 3500 with RL 26.

6.5-284 with a long barrel and heavy bullets works really well with slow powders. 6.5 PRC is similar but runs well in a shorter so depending on your desire for barrel length.... me, I'd go saum, prc, sherman and try a magnum primer. My 6.5 PRC responded well to 565 and 570 with 156 EOL. I did wind up sticking with RL26 tho. My 6.5-284's running 28" barrels did well with retumbo and rl26. I tried 565 and it was good but switched to the PRC and haven't gone back to the 284.

Wow that's awesome! I'm planning on running Berger 156's and 131gr Hammer hunters

Got out today with the 6.5-300. Bergers recommended max ran about 80 fps faster than they're info at about 3140 . Shot 2 strings in the ladder and shots were really close in velocity. Hoping the tuner will tighten the groups and might need a decent muzzle brake for the recoil lol. Looks like a guy could probably milk a little more speed but I'll leave it be

My experience is that 570 requires large case capacity. If you don't have about 80 gr capacity or much more, you can't get enough in tbe case for decent velocity. My RUM loves it at 100+ grs.
I need to hear more about this load? 100gr of N570 in a rum sounds like a bad idea.

Nope. It shoots a ragged hole.
I haven't shot it above 60 degrees, so don't know if I'd have to back down a grain or so. This is in ADG brass.
What bullets are you running? what velocity?
I'm running 245 Bergers in ADG brass with about 84gr getting me about 3000fps, if I added over 15gr there would be issues.
