Interarms rifles....?

There is a negative aspect of the Interarms rifle, the action is not as smooth as many modern actions and can bind. They still shoot well.

Remington imported these rifles and sold them as Remington Model 798 rifles for several years. They have also been sold as: Charles Daley, Interarms MK-X, and Parker-Hale. (The Parker-Hale rifles were finished in England and had nicer stocks.)

Couldn't be because of the short 5/8" course threaded barrel tennon, or the the lock time that's slower than molasses in January, could it? Still, they can make a fine hunting rifle.

Re: Interarms rifles....? Me too

I also have an "Interarms rifle" but mine is a Steyr AUG assault style semi-auto. It was imported by Interarms who was the first importer of that rifle.

Oh, yeah, Interarms was a CIA front company, FYI.
