Along the same lines, I've never heard of or seen an animal complain about being killed too dead by "too large" of a round.

I deer hunt in Alabama with a 300 WM. A lot of people say it is too much. See above....
Chasing a rabbit here but a friend of mine was deer hunting here in South Texas (several years back) and was just sitting back and enjoying the morning and low and behold what walked out - a kudu!!
It had escaped form a game ranch somewhere.

Good thing he had a 30.06 and the kudu was less than 100 yards away. Needless to say he got hm a kudu. If he'd been toting a ..243 it might not have turned out the as well.
 
Problem solved.
Crimped the second and bottom fold on the magazine spring. Decreased the spring tension.
Loads like butter now.

Did get a mag lip adjustment tool on order. Not a bad tool to have around. Did measure the lips on the magazine and they seem to be very close to tolerance.
