Quick twist 223 AI....9 will work great...then load the new 53 V max @ 3600

wanna 6mm...think 6BR....or 6XC.......8 twist

if you just gotta have the fastest 55 grain bullet on the planet, then you need to look at the .224 Vias and the 6mm Vias. It will push a 70 grain bullet faster than the Swift can push a 50 grain bullet (6mm Vias)
