I have a Banish 30, not the gold. Shot it last year on my 6.5 PRC. Noise reduction was great, easily shootable, but not recommended, without hearing protection. Point of impact change with the 124 grain hammers was very minimal and it increased my speed by about 20FPS. Its the only one I have ever owned so I don't have anything else to compare it to.

Thanks for that. I think the Gold supposed to be better and is saying 36 db reduction. What did you think of its recoil impulse reduction?

It wasn't any better than the factory muzzle break but I was very happy with the noise reduction. I think you have to go with the Gold if you want to use it on a RUM
