While it won't be welded, if you buy titanium parts for your baffles you could get something into the 10oz range. My 8" titanium cans w/ stainless baffles are 13-14oz.

Yeah, the Form 1 Ti can thought has defiantly crossed my mind for the ultra-light truck gun project I've been noodling. That way I won't cry when it inevitably gets smashed, bashed, or otherwise "lovingly treated". I also probably only need 5" of length to make the 300 BLK hush puppy quiet.
