Experience with 358 STA

Have a Jarrett 358 STA, Barnes 225 x @ 3100 fps. 26" barrel. Hammered a Sonora bison couple of yrs ago.

Is the easiest avenue for brass, to size up 8mm Mag brass?
Any trimming or fireforming when doing this?

Yes, and yes from what I recall. Been a long time since I fireformed. 8 mag became hard to find. Quality Cartridge did carry 358 sta brass. They produce it based on enough orders. Midway sold Quality Cartridge also.

That's how I made my brass… neck mandrel and fire form
