Classic Hunter Receivers by TL TECHNOLOGIES

I received my TL Tech action from the FFL today and I wanted to share some pics. Everything looks great I enjoyed dealing with Jack and will be ordering another one as soon as I save up the funds.

Has anyone checked the "trueness" of the receiver? Is it square and won't need to have a gunsmith work on it?

I have a thread I created in accurate shooter and it's on LRH as well. I don't have the tools to measure trueness, but a gentlemen commented on my thread and said the receiver face was off by .004. I don't know what that means in regards to trueness since I don't pretend at all to be mechanically inclined with regard to firearms. AKA not a smith!!

I got out today to do a barrel break in and get some idea of the accuracy potential of this rifle. Pictures of the finished rifle are a few posts above this one. The only part of this rifle that is not permanent are the rings. I threw on what I had in inventory to be able to get out and shoot. These will be replaced with Vortex PMR rings and I will be done. The image below was my best group and one of my last groups, which makes sense as I was doing a break-in on the barrel and thus cleaning between each shot. So, this group was the third group after completing the 'one shot and clean routine'. The other groups were sub 1/2" even with some arrant shots from a heavy mirage. The ammunition was Hornady Match 108 ELDM. I am excited to see what this rifle will do with a well developed load.
