There are several brands that offer keto friendly tortillas.I've been limiting my burritos lately, and one tortilla here and there will be fine. Rice, pasta and bread are what I eat a lot of, and that will definitely get cut off. Making our own flour tortillas is not a bad idea, we already make our own corn tortillas, why not the flour ones? Thanks brother.

Yes, I am aware of it and do not drink all the time. It was leftover from yesterday. The last time I fruit juice was over a month ago.FYI you are getting too much sugar from fruit drinks, see how many carbs are in that cup. It may seem healthy but it is mainly sugar.
I started Keto in June and am down 45 pounds. I stopped processed foods, sugar and most grains. That old saying, everything in moderation, is not true. Seed oils, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, margarine, all our food with additives.. are the real poison.
Pulled pork nachos, using pork rinds. My wife has been using crushed pork rinds in place of a breading for chicken and pork chops and it's fabulous!
Figured I'd throw it out there in case someone was looking for ideas for something different but conform with the carnivore diet.
For lunch, the wife brought home a fried battered chili stuffed with ground pork from one of the fire departments doing some fundraising. It's not too bad, but the batter tasted too oily for me, so I had to scrape it off.
