Carnivore diet ...

If you cut them out, you will see a significant difference. I do not remember the guy's name, but he is supposedly a food expert (if I ran into his video, I would share it here). He suggested eating the same food but using unprocessed ingredients; you can see the difference after a while.

Totally agree, we don't eat canned or frozen foods, my body felt it when we did. Same with carbs, they drain my energy, vs. meats and veggies.

She's (Dr. Bosworth) another one that's pretty good. She's done episodes with Ken Berry too.

Another one is Andrew Huberman. Though Huberman is a neuroscientist

I am a carnivore for sure. I can eat a large steak…and nothing else. Love meat.

A couple week ago I made some loin steak fingers, cut in finger size pieces, like 3 1/2" x 3/4", dipped in seasoned flour, then egg wash, and then a mix of Italian panko and Italian bread crumbs, and fried just enough for the crumbs to get crispy, so they are just at, or little past medium rare, with some chiltepin hot sauce and a cold beer.

Making them again tomorrow night, will post them on the cooks corner.

I've done carnivore a couple times, pretty much just a week or two at the time though. I just love bread way too much to give it up long term...

One nice thing about it is that my energy level never really varied much, it was always in a good range and never crashed.
