If you cut them out, you will see a significant difference. I do not remember the guy's name, but he is supposedly a food expert (if I ran into his video, I would share it here). He suggested eating the same food but using unprocessed ingredients; you can see the difference after a while.
Totally agree, we don't eat canned or frozen foods, my body felt it when we did. Same with carbs, they drain my energy, vs. meats and veggies.
