Depends what you're trying to do. I don't do any of the sugars or fruit, but I do what I call "ketoviore."
Where the fibrous carbs out nets the starch carbs.
Sometimes if I see a little softness in my muscles then I switch back to full carnivore to kill off that extra few % body fat to keep the status quo. Been doing it that way for a long time. Just make sure you adjust saturated fat intake to your activity level. Once you're around or below 12% it's become really hard to maintain and the stricter you have to be, especially after 40.
Interestingly, I eat less now, and without crashing. I am simply trying to reduce/alleviate my carb/sugar and ultraprocessed food intake. I am well past 40. LOL!
