That's correct, and in Maine.
I once asked a guy that exercised a lot...ran trails..biked...in really good shape...shot guns a lot....why don't you hunt....he said....."
"Because I would have to be the best in the world"........i didn't ever talk to him again.....takes an idiot like that to come up with the most stupid answer he could say.....
I don't hunt to be the best....i hunt because I validate to myself that I can feed myself if necessary.......i taught my son to catch fish that most people will never catch......why...becaue now he can feed himself........it is not always sport.....for people north of us..its survival......
Someday...it may be my only means of survival......wolves are not a dinner plate meat...but they make it far harder to fill that freezer for some......if left unregulated...they can wipe out all sportsmans or survivalists food chains.....

I just don't think people that live in another State should pass down Laws that affect a entire State or Community that was built around what they valued, or their lifestyle..... That's all.

So for those that have never seen a animal die long after from being bitten..... Take a hard Look at this and then add up the ones that know one sees right after death and before the Ravens alert the bigger game animals were dinner is....... Nothing I'd like to touch my lips, which has nothing to do with these pictures.

I have to say that this forum, and the members here with the exception of a few, are the most ill informed, misinformed and gullible audience I have ever seen concerning the wolf issue. Most of you guys don't live in wolf country. I get that. You will never see one, much less kill one. The days of SSS never happened. If it would have worked, Montana would be wolf free. Get a clue. Be a cheerleader if you want I guess. If any of you badasses want to hunt wolves in Montana, send me a pm. We have them here where I live. I'll help you out. FIVE tags boys. If anyone ever wondered how a picture can change what you first thought.... I think this will change your mind? Does the curled tail theory still hold water now? BTW it weighed 87 lbs and wasn't afraid to hunt feet from my house for the past four days.
My reason for killing it was twofold: My girlfriend was blind, her and/or our Lab wasn't going to get hurt or killed either over this mutated halfbreed or full bred Wolf for that matter. End of Story!
