Bore Tech Eliminator

All Proof-Positive Patch Jags feature a proprietary alloy that is as soft as brass and100% barrel safe. I copied this from Bore Tech's website. Even though I like their cleaners I do not trust them with their jags. Sorry. You let me know what that proprietary alloy is, then I will decide if it is safe to use in my firearms. Anybody can make the claim that it is barrel safe. Until then, I am sticking to the brass jags, or I might consider the aluminum jags.

How dare you use the correct full name for this State! Everyone knows the proper Forum-use name, in particular by those who don't live here, is "Kali". We who do call it the PRK. It was a fine State before the carpet baggers got here. Brown's first pass got us turned into the Granola State (full of fruits, nuts, and flakes) and even Arnold couldn't fix it.

Prop 65 doesn't just label those, it labels everything as a nasty, gonna kill you chemical. 65 was so obviously a boondoggle that was going to create a Bureaucratic Autocracy that would soon rival CARB that I can't believe that it got voted in. It's a sad commentary on the voters in this State. We didn't learn anything from Prop. 13, apparently.
I call it the People's Republic of California (PRC for short). Our socialist politicians would love to have the control over the sheep that Communist China has. But even China is smart enough to allow their manufacturing sector to run the show when it comes to global competitiveness. Here, if anybody is successful, they get saddled with carrying the load for all the losers. You can't win. Glad to see Musk leaving this shithole. Ask me how I really feel! Sat next to the head of the CA Fish and Wildlife Department at a meeting several years ago regarding AB77 which outlawed the use of lead for hunting. I asked him "So you're telling me I can't shoot a rat with a .22??" He thought for a minute, and said to ask the speaker at the podium at the time. (He hadn't thought of it that way!!!!). So I did raise my hand. The speaker looked at a couple of middle manager types in the front row, and they caucused for a moment and came up with the answer ...."Well, no you cannot use lead in a firearm to shoot any animal, bird, or snake/lizard or anything living that isn't "flora""!!! ........It gets worse.....So I asked him, since he was sitting next to me and supposedly representing outdoorsmen ...."How the hell did that bill get passed?" His answer: " We have to represent the people who are anti-hunting as well as those who hunt". At that point, I moved to a different chair. I was afraid what I'd do to him if I sat there any longer. Soooo that's the PRC for ya! If you're not here, I advise you not to come. Scary thing is the CO seems headed down the same trail.
