Best bullets to load subsonic for 300blackout

Why would you choose such a light bullet for subsonic?

If you have to limit speeds to 1050 -- a 195-220 grain subsonic specific bullet would definitely hold more energy-- and some of those heavies will reliably expand down to 600fps if you were so inclined
Went back and looked at my earlier post. I forgot to put exclamation mark after SST. My bad for not being clear on my statement!

If you want to go cheapish I used Hornady 220gr roundnose and drilled a cavity down to the cannelure. In my Ruger American they were super accurate and killed deer at 100 or under. If commercial I'd go with the Lehigh.

Ive loaded up some of the 190 sub-x and had a 10 shot group at 75 yards that would fit in a golf ball sized circle. Currently loading with 12.5 grains CFE BLK. Super quiet with my suppressor and getting consistent 1035 fps out of them. Thats going to be plenty accurate for me, and I'm looking forward to using it on critters this next fall.

May take a look at Berry's Bullets. No experience hunting with them, but great for target. It's a spire point. Available in 200 and 220 varietals
Berrys makes great plated lead bullets for blaster ammo - but for expansion the Makers are still much better, I wouldn't shoot a Berrys into an animal.

But I do shoot the heck out of Berrys in 300 BLK into targets through, at about 1/3rd of the cost of Makers they're what I use for else other than animals - I've made 500 yard subsonic hits with them, and I prefer them over the 109 Sub-X and 220 SMK.

I can echo what Slick Boy Boo said. If hunting, use the 200 grain Makers bullets. 3 reasons:
1. The bullets shoot very accurately.
2. The bullets have excellent terminal performance on deer sized game.
3. Customer service is excellent. Load data provided with bullets was spot on in the 3 rifles I use makers in.
Do you know what powder they recommend for that bullet?

Are these the bullets from berry's?
