Backfire Recoil Pad

It says Limbsaver on the pad. The must sell it on there own as I can order from them and they sell it the XLR and whoever makes the C6 chassis butt for them. Not quite sure how thats not a Limbsaver pad. But whatever, all that matters to me is that Backfire makes a more effective replacemnt.

Did you mean the XLR carbon buttstock? The image you posted looks like the one on that buttsock, but no the C-6, which looks like a full size Limbsaver to me from this picture: https://xlrindustries.com/products/c-6-buttstock

Similar situation with my Christensen Arms chassis. It has a thin butt pad marked Limbsaver but no alternatives are available from the manufacturer. I have no desire to grind to fit. I will be trying a Backfire.

I have a Limbsaver on an ole M77 MKII 30/06 boat paddle rifle. It had to be fitted by a gunsmith due to the way the stock is made. It's a very noticeable difference in felt recoil after. I also just installed a backfire on Bergara Wilderness Sierra in 300wm. No fitting required and it helped a lot with felt recoil also. I would say both are on par with one another.
