That's using remington brass.

This is with Peterson brass. I had to drop the load down almost a full grain to match the same velocity.

Hey everyone, I knew to this forum but not to the stw. I load/tested most of the hammer bullets for my custom remington 700 1-8 26". My most "***-kickin" load is the 160gr Shock Hammer with 77.5gr of H1000 to achieve 3350 fps from my 1-8 26".
Thats smoking along. What's the MOA on that load?

About something like this for 6 shots:

Im taking notes to try my first hand loads with my father in law. This is all new to new so im really trying to get it right the first time and not have to shoot alot to get good results. Im not sure what pulls I'm going to shoot I'm going to go out today and look for some. My gun lives 160's AB's. It's key holes them so I'm starting with that. I just need to find dies.

Yes, my stw loves the 160gr Accubonds, but I can never find them. I run them around 3250fps just like the factory nosler ammo. I assume you mean that they shoot well and do NOT key hole.

My STW (Remington Sendero) is being rebarrelled with a 1-8 twist 24 inch bull barrel, with radial break, cross-fluted, bolt trued. Bedding and pillaring work already done. Also is to be hand lapped. Hart Barrels is doing the work.
The original, purchased in 1995, performed well, .25 MOA groups but after nearly a thousand rounds, not so well now. I hope to get that back again with 162 grain ELD Xs, H1000, 3050fps.
