FWIW, my 26" Sako pushes 160ABs at 3350 with RL26, and certain lots of 7828 were even faster. I have not played with Hammers, but unless you've got a slower barrel, I think you're leaving a bunch of speed on the table.

Out of all the powders I've tried with my STW's, I find 7828ssc to be the best
've used, speed and accuracy....... JMHO

My eldest boy just called and on his way, ringing me a # of Re#17 to try the 130AH
with. He always has the chrony with him, just hope he has time to stay, load some and run um to see what they do...... fingers crossed!!

I am going to try and get my hands on some 7828, seems it runs 140-150 pretty good for a lot of people

Got the 17, but he couldn't stay, got the memory cards out of the game cams and had to get back to Tupelo Ms. He has 4 or 5 parks he is over with the wildlife and Parks, maybe next week, I'll have some loaded and ready to run.....

I'm more of a fan of rl25 myself. Lower pressure generated and same or better speed than 7828 in the 7stw's I've tried.

There's some rl powder around here, but they want your first born for the stuff.
I used Ramshot Magnum years ago, and well it wasn't good enough to get me to quit rl powder, it is presently available, and not quite as costly.
