I believe you're thinking of the Weatherby 6.5/300 The 6.5 RPM does has more case capacity than the 6.5 PRC so it should be faster all things considered...

The 6.5-.300Wby has a .534 case head for a mag bolt face, as it is just a .300Wby necked down to a 6.5mm. 6.5RPM has the .473" standard case head.

Is that 72gr H20 w. Hornady brass?
My Lapua brass is 68.2gr H20 capacity. ADG is 67.8gr.
Peterson would likely be even less.

Most likely.
My Lapua and ADG in 7RM are very similar in case capacity.
