I agree. The if it ain't broke don't fix rule applies to my barrel burners as well.I'm using a 140 grain Accubond and N570 in my 6.5-300. I am getting great accuracy with .5 to .75 inch groups consistently and a velocity of 3490 FPS. It took me about 50 rounds to arrive at the load and for final sight in, so now I am saving the barrel for actual hunting. 30 years ago my .264 Win Mag was toast after only about 400 rounds so I handling this barrel with kit gloves
