This is what the chamber looks like.
2nd picture is with a new piece of Peterson brass in the chamber.
Used a go no go gauge to set headspace with ejector removed.

Factory brass and peterson with have issues. Factory ammo I can cycled the bolt after firing the case with a little resistance. Peterson is nearly impossible to open the bolt.

Like others have mentioned with case capacity. Did you start low and build up to pressure? I had to drop .5 gr in my 7 PRC going over to Peterson brass. Did you see a difference in speeds going to Peterson?
I loaded at bergers starting data 54.5 gr H1000 there days shows 2644 fps im at 2978fps per my garmin chronograph! Definitely something isn't right

Definite ejector mark on the factory round and probably one around the "n" on Peterson brass means excess pressure.
Yes! Not sure why or where it's coming from.
How many rounds fired since the last bare metal cleaning?
Bought used with 200 rounds down it and cleared with bore cleaner. Shot and here we are

That's a hard 200 rds if you got cracking like that already. If it hasn't been mentioned yet, I'd measure your necks. If it's a tight neck chamber and isn't giving the brass room to expand when you shoot it will cause high pressure.
Measure loaded and fired neck OD. Need .003 minimum expansion.

I agree with this. I've had issues with neck thickness of good brass being too tight for some chambers. But you'd think the factory ammo wouldn't have that issue. Who chambered the barrel?

Have you verified your scale is accurate? What's your barrel length compared to the test barrel for Berger?
