The 400 warlord is a 10 twist r5 and r6 from krieger and rockcreek i belive the barrel smamplord used may be a faster twist from rockcreek the barrels i will be using for the 408 colossus are KS barrels from canada

Rock Creek Barrels made me a couple of .408 cal barrels in 8.5 Twist 5R, the longest tubes they can make are 34" blanks, leaving you with a 32.5" finished barrel by the time you are done installing it, it was perfect for my needs as I built it for long range hunting and didn't need it longer than that, the Canadian barrel maker KS can make them up to 40" long and I will be getting one for the comp rifle

For my 400 Skuldryl (408/338 Norma P'imped) I had Rock Creek make this #5 contour, 8.5 twist 8R blank 26" in length, final installed length is 24" without the Piercision Rifles Muscle Brake


My brown bear hunting rifle,

400 Skuldryl seen here with the custom long range hunting Bulldozer bullet made by Badlands for me, a 390 gr 408 caliber bullet with a .750 G1 bc at 2730 fps

and the 400 gr Maximus bullet by Cutting Edge at same velocity for smashing anything on the planet at typical hunting range

both bullets were designed to mag feed from the 3.850" Accurate magazines in the 400 Skuldryl , these bullets are available to everyone by calling them direct for orders

Swamlord is correct rock creek makes good quality cut barrels but cant do super long barrels. ks is super quality stuff and fast turn around and makes us what ever we want and need for testing and devlopment
