Here is another powder to try R-19. Mine likes the 19 better then the 17 with almost any bullet that I have tried and also IN MY GUN I get the best groups about a grain to a grain and a half below max. Enjoy your new toy.

I can tell you from a lot of experience shooting those animals your 7mm rem mag is good on those. But everybody needs a new toy. I love my 300 wsm and it is a good choice. H-414 is my best powder with the lighter bullets and magpro does well with the heavy ones. The beauty of the 300 wsm is that it does very well in short, light hunting rifles making it an excellent choice where a short barrel light gun is called for.
