Sadly no. I have been spending my free time at the camp hunting. I will be focus my attention back to my projects now though as hunting season is coming to an end.
I never said it was messed up, just said to make sure to have the smith check the timing. It might be perfectly fine. Don't sweat the small stuff, until you have to.I wasnt aware of the RR issues. I just ordered a R700 LA SS. Just my luck. Nothing on this build has gone correctly... Nothing.
Ohhh, but I do... I bought a $2,000 Weatherby Accumark that had a bad barrel on it from the factory. It didn't start showing issues until a about 50-75 rounds down the barrel. It was strictly a hunting rifle, so it took a few years to get that many down the bore. When I addressed the issue with Weatherby, they basically told me to go pound sand. So, that was a $2,000 piece of crap. I traded it off, but lost half my money. And that's not the only one... Had a few others with issues as well, just not quite as expensive.I understand what you meant. You dont know my luck...
Is it just a blown out -06 case?View attachment 31522
This is it vs the '06 case. I had one on a B-78 action that I killed a moose @720, a muley @680 and an elk close up. It is capable of 1000 yard plus big game hunting.
