6.5 PRC-Ridgeline

Same rifle I have but with a VX6. Have cds dial on it for 156 Berger.
With all that on.it how did you get to 8.1 pds. !?! Mine without ammo and sling was 8.8 pds.

IDK. Christensen action, 24" CF barrel, their BM and a McMillan HTG. NF 2.5-10 NXS...

I have their Titanium side port brake. Factory stock. Luepold high country rings and rail. Maybe it's the stock that's lighter ?

I would imagine their stock may be a touch ligher than the McMillan. But IDK.

You are also using a scale meant to weigh 100+++ pounds of people. A postal scale may get you a little more accurate but IDK.

Since I got all you RUM pirates in one place, what kinda round count were/are you getting on those barrels? I had heard the barrels burn out pretty fast and I decided to go the 300 WM because of it. Was I lied to? Misled? Does the gubermint have a gun owner list? Was Jack Ruby actually Russian?

Now I'm questioning reality...

Would greatly depend on what powder is used, if it's a cooler burning or warmer burning powder.(flame temp). How much time between shots. Firing round after round without letting it cool will certainly shorten it more than anything.

I used 99.0 - 100.0 grs Retumbo. Right at pressure.
Later I had a magna brake installed. I shot a lot more accurately with 40% reduced recoil. Made me a believer in brakes since 1996.

What ? I destroyed my hearing at a young age. I'm sure mostly gunfire, explosions, loud machinery, engines, loud music and loud switch rooms. I were hearing aides. Left ear almost 100% deaf. I've worn hearing protection for last 35 yrs. But the damage was done. My Son wore even with 22 rf because he didn't want to end up like me (I made him but only first time. He did it on his own after). Only time I don't were is while hunting. I know....

I'm not much for lighter Bullets in any Rifles ! Except my Wifes 300 Rum she likes the 180 gr .... 200 gr plus Not to much ...holy Smokes she was pi&& ed off when I dropped a 210 Ablr factory round in ! Lol I just Love her !!
