300 prc

Currently working on loading 200gr ELD-X and 200gr LRX....3000fps and almost identical ballistics to a 300 Remington Ultra Magnum (like or same ingredients) minus 10-15 grains of powder.

I broke in my 300 PRC with 212 ELD-X & 225 ELD-M...both shot great for factory loads. BC between the 200 & 212 bullets is minimal (225 or more is always going to be greater than the lighter, faster moving projectilethe end result of putting 4-legged critters on the ground is the same...DEAD!

Using H-1000, RL26 & Retumbo with Federal 215 Magnum Primers and the projectiles mentioned above.

Once I've got some information, I will share with ya'll!

I have 14 customs and his rifles are by far my favorites. You will not beat his prices either.
Chamber, thread muzzle, true my action, fit and bed my barreled action and bottom metal to the stock, Install pillars in my stock, cerakote stock and all metal, thread my bolt knob, install one of his knobs... I paid less than $700...

Here's my 22 creed he done for me. Bottom gun. He also built the 300 wsm in the back.
middle is a Christensen with a iota stock, nothing fancy.

I have Christensen barrels, Carbon six barrels, satern carbon barrels and proofs.
christensen seem to be finicky for some reason... will not shoot any factory Ammo worth a flip!
carbon six is lights out
Satern is lights out
Proofs are ok barrels too. Haven't had as much experience with them personally as I have my others. This is my 3rd rifle with a proof. My others shoot very well. I've shot maybe a combined total of 150 rounds between the other 2. No complaints!

have a christisen arms in ridgeline shoot h1000 76 grns w/220 berger bullet w,215 primer results were great 3040 fps. but have since went /a proof reserch barrel 1.8 twist in a 7mm/300prc results are moer then what we expected w/75.5 h1000 an a berger 195 grn elite hunter 3030 fps had to have ptg in whiet city ore build die blanks an a reamer but results are less then 1/2 inch at 100

What length barrel is the Christensen Arms?? Your numbers are way above the published data from Hornady which shows 76.8gr of H1000 pushing a 220gr at 2800 FPS.

I picked up my prc build last week. I'm looking for real experience with some load data for the 212 eldx, 212 lrx, 225 eld.
Those are the 3 I'm going to start with.
