30 nosler load data

Just an update I might of been the only guy on here that had clickers issues with the 30 nosler. I had them polished out but eventually had my own reamer made. 30 nosler usually .551 I made it .553 at the .200 line. I'm now getting way more sizing. Before my fired cases were. 548 to .549 and resized I was .5475 to .548. With new reamer fired cases are .5515 to .552 resized .549. It's a huge difference in sizing too way harder. The clickers usually didn't start til 3rd firing. I ran berger 220 n565 75 grains for 2908 avg in a 30 inch barrel so very light according to berger 5 grains under max but went there to stay clear of clickers but they always came.

Just for you…..

Rifle No. 1
New Adg= 0.5395"
Fired case= 0.5430"
Resized case= 0.5420"

I've measure cases that have been fired once to fourth firing. All the same measurements.

Rifle No. 2
New Adg = 0.5395"
Fired case= 0.5435"
Resized= 0.5425"

Same die for both rifles used.

And I lean towards the high end of velocity.

My virgin brass measures .544 but our numbers are way different.
