grand slams of 145 and 160's were my bullet of choice until Barnes came out with the tsx and ttsx bullets. Never had a problem with either weight of GS's but after my first 10 shot 1/2 moa group with a 140 TSX in my 284 Win I was hooked.

I'm glad that your rifle liked the GS bullets. I never tried them in my 280 AI but I did try the 160 variety in my 7-08 and 280 Remington and to say that I wasn't impressed with the groups is a understatement.
I've got a few loads for the 280 AI but the 160 accubond is my rifles top choice and I never argue with my rifles.
