.25 cal 131g .330G7 bullet from Blackjack Bullets for you to drool on ...

............Could be. It's their silence that's creating the doubts. And which conflicts with "it's all under control", versus imploding. It's a case where the silence is deafening and creating suspicions. Because how much time does it take to add a status update to a website?

..........Some have already been thru a bad experience with a now extinct outfit called Whiskey 3 Precision. Kept funds received, perhaps to support their whiskey indulgences. Never delivered bullets.
.............First came the silence, and next.. nothing at all, forever and ever. Except the numbness of the reality.

.............Mostly I remember Whiskey 3, as hostile, adversarial "business" person as I've observed.

All the guys that are jumping to conclusions. Have you guys preorder any barrels, bullets or reamers? Or are you here to just **** and moan about it? These guys have bought lots of barrels and reamers to try and get this project off the ground. They are pretty much at the mercy of Sierra right now. I pre ordered 1000 bullets. Im patiently waiting for my bullets. But I used pay pal so I'll be able to get my money back if **** hits the fan.

I'm here. Whether it's to **** or moan is your call. Are you the owner/proprietor, or are you just here speaking on their behalf?

It must be painfully difficult, more than imaginable, for a business to provide a status update these days.

I always imagined it could be accomplished in a single sentence post. The handicapped might need three sentences.

Don't bet on it. From Paypal.........
We don't allow PayPal members to buy or sell any kind of firearm, whether it's in working order or not. The same goes for certain firearm parts and ammunition.

For example, using PayPal, you can't buy or sell
  • Ammunition, including propellants like gunpowder or blank ammunition; ammunition or cartridge cases; and primers, bullets, or propellant powder designed for any firearm.

I have nothing to do with the company. Just a fan of quarterbores. I was planning on building a fast twist 25-284 before I found out about these bullets. I know Chinchaga bullets is up and running again. They make a 140 grain bullet. So I could go that route. I believe the owner of Chinchaga had some problems can't remember if it was health or fire to his building.

In all fairness if ur waiting for a company to make ur bullets and already missed deadlines because they're not getting them made for you, I would would be reluctant to go out and give more deadlines that ur no longer confident of making because Sierra isn't getting your bullets made.

Hire a bunch of contractors for any type of job and someone will be late holding the whole **** process up

Fellas, I appreciate the comments and questions I've received from folks who have reached out on Facebook or called me directly rather than entertaining worst case scenarios lol. I am greatly appreciative of the guys who have supported our efforts and expect and understand some of the skeptics.

Our basic strategy and goal is to not over market or misrepresent which has been so normalized in the shooting world for so long no one even seems to be bothered by it - in short we aim to provide the best data we can and just shoot straight about things.

So let me do some straight shooting.

We always added extra time to the forecasts we've been givien by suppliers of the contracts we've entered into to make this happen. Well, for manifold reasons different contracts show up early and some show up late.

To those who may think we are blowing smoke up people's rears, let me tell you that I have about $80,000 invested in getting High Performance 25 cal to the market and getting mfgs to be tooled up and ready to play ball in the future.

The reason for most of the silence is quite simple. We have relayed a few forecasts that have fallen behind which does not help anyone - BUT everyone still asks for a forecast, daily. I get these messages 5-10x a day and more so if we do much in terms of marketing.

The other reason I have been MIA is that I was pushed into a new position in my industry which had a lot of gravity in that I could help out my company, so I offered my help in this time waiting on this run of bullets to be finished. Just as everything we've posted I aim to be transparent. I've been hooked up troubleshooting some critical projects from 5-6:30 AM to 6-7-8-9-10-11 PM basically 7 days a week. In reality it's a 24/7/365 and If you know me or you know people that know me, there's no doubt about it.

My good friend and business partner LS has been handling a lot of the online communication and most of the shipping while I have been tied up handling these multiple critical projects that help fund Blackjack Bullets investments.

I have no doubt Blackjack Bullets is going to be successful - I've put far too much into it and the design is really **** good. The HTR will be a next level bullet like this one is.

Once this run is finished I will be ordering another to get ahead of any demand curve like some projects run into and to get ahead of production delays like we have suffered since our original date of Mid to Late July.

The bullets are being manufactured right now. We will be taking partial shipments which will cut into the profits instead of shipping 125,000 or 250,000 bullets at once but we want to get bullets out to our early supporters as soon as we can.

I appreciate the patience and support many have given us with our delays and understand others frustrations.

I doubt anyone who has started a business trying to do something outside the norm will have trouble understanding where I am coming from.

It would have been very easy for a major mfg to have used a very minor % of their cash flow to bring high performance 25 Cal to life over the last 20-30-40 years, but they weren't interested and/or didn't realize the potential, but...

We've already had calls from other mfgs - they want a piece of the pie now too! Just after we put in the legwork and ordered barrels from various mfgs to get tooling made, barrels available, and the general momentum going. It's no surprise to me and will only help expand the advantage of 25 Cal and the adoption rate in the shooting community. In any industry or market, the majority of customers are middle to late adopters needing to see months or years worth or others' successful product use, but it's the support of early birds that help innovators bring their ideas to the market and move things forward.

Again, thanks to our current supporters and guys waiting patiently for the bullets to arrive before placing their orders!

Please reach out to us on Facebook messenger if you have questions. It's an instant ping for us and we can answer most quickly there.

Hmmm... I predicted this several years ago, but people snarked at the idea that all it would take is someone to push the barrel manufacturers into actually building it, and then the rest of the industry would follow...

Then again, what do I know about guns or the industry...I'm just a "keyboard warrior" according to some.

Despite the best of intentions (even when everything is manufactured in house) the high levels of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) in the operating environment will always complicate thing ... it's the nature of open systems, chaordic system, etc ... in today's highly competitive business world.

Good luck!

We've already had calls from other mfgs - they want a piece of the pie now too!

Are you concerned about that? They don't need your permission or cooperation to participate. All they have to do is mfg the products and you are out of the loop.
