.25 cal 131g .330G7 bullet from Blackjack Bullets for you to drool on ...

Yes. That was my attempt at tongue in cheek humor. Sorry.

No apology necessary. I forgot to put this little guy  at the end of my statement... That and a smiley face changes the whole tone.;)

I wasn't aware of your 128 so I can get some of those ordered and get some trigger time in anyway.

My barrels for the other two fast twist projects get here on Tuesday so I'll just move the schedule up and finish those rifles first and get the testing started for those bullets.

I messaged one of the owners. He said Sierra sent him a email Friday. Saying they will be shipping soon. How soon I dunno. Hopefully real soon I have a bunch ordered. I dropped my parts of for my rifle at my buddy's. I think he will be putting together in the next week or two.

Saying they will be shipping soon.

This is one of those nebulous responses meant to mollify the folks who are unsettled about not receiving their product. It actually doesn't really say anything which is what they want to have happen. Without defining 'soon' with a day or date, it's a useless response.

If Sierra is making them I wonder when Sierra will be releasing their own version for cheaper? A big .25 Cal GameChanger perhaps?

The simplest would be to let blackjack develop the market, see if it's successful then buy out blackjack bullets once they've taken all the risk at getting barrels and bullets developed and sold.

I don't know, how big would your pocket need to be to go to Sierra and get them to make a couple of new 25 caliber bullets and give you an exclusive on them?

I don't know any of the guys at Blackjack, but take a look at money they've got invested in barrel blanks, bullets, reamers, advertising, promotional products, field testing and time. I don't think this is just a couple of "gun guys" with an idea. This seems to me like the work of business men who've made a very significant investment in a product and have got a pretty good idea what they're doing.

The fact that they're still waiting on Sierra to make the bullets just shows that even with what we would all consider a VERY substantial financial commitment, they're still a back burner project for an outfit the size of Sierra. With the "shortage" of Berger bullets right now Sierra is probably working double time to make sure that they've got product out there to fill the Berger void. Machine time is a valuable commodity and I'm sure a custom order of boutique bullets would get bumped if the machine could be generating more revenue filling a more profitable order.

Could be. It's their silence that's creating the doubts. And which conflicts with "it's all under control", versus imploding. It's a case where the silence is deafening and creating suspicions. Because how much time does it take to add a status update to a website?

Some have already been thru a bad experience with a now extinct outfit called Whiskey 3 Precision. Kept funds received, perhaps to support their whiskey indulgences. Never delivered bullets.
First came the silence, and next.. nothing at all, forever and ever. Except the numbness of the reality.

I forgot about that whole Whiskey 3 Precision ordeal! I guess I'd be a little nervous after getting burned like that too.
