Tariff Impacts on Hunting Goods

I was reading through news earlier and saw the potential for 25% tariffs on goods from Canada. I assume I know the answer but perhaps somebody else can provide better information.

How will such a tariff impact pricing on Tangent Theta scopes? I would assume they will be hit with it with no way around it unless there is some type of exception for defense based contracts. Can anybody verify with any certainty?
 
Tariff issue is complicated.
Agriculture goods can come from Canada with very little tarriff charges.Going to Canada,can be 250% for a finished product. They tax the crap out of there own citizens on Canada goods
Savage,Dupont.John Deere,Cat,Ford and GM etc. ,get around tariffs by having plants in Canada.
Tangent Theta could get around tariffs also,parent company is USA owned..........
 
I wasn't aware that their parent company was USA owned. I'll be in the market later next year so just gauging how things might be expected to shake out for my own interests. Thanks for the reply and insight.
