Wolves Doing what they DO!!!

We've got to stop voting for the legislators who support the animal rights/environmental groups which want the wolves introduced and protected - in order the destroy hunting! As if there aren't plenty of other reasons not to vote for them!

Bringing light to an old thread, I was mule deer hunting the other day where this elk slaughter took place and ran into a buddy of mine. He told me the FEDS went in and KILLED 11 wolves out of the pack that killed all of these elk. To that I say good. To Wyoming Game and Fish, I say why do the wolf seasons not correlate to the deer season? Deer season opens on Sept 15th, Wolf season opens on Oct 1. The good news is that I never heard a wolf this year. I spoke with a local game warden and he told me of a collared female and pup that likes to sit outside his tent and howl, LOL.

Better yet, make the judges and environmental groups that are responsible for blocking wolf hunting... make them pay restitution for all game and livestock lost due to wolf predation. Each state places a price on game animals for illegalling killing one. Let the vermin responsible pay the tab!

You just want money back for wolf predation, or should we include lions, grizzlies, coyotes and black bears? And, here in Montana, there is already a program in place to reimburse predator loss of livestock. Game predation couldn't easily be calculated. Bad idea that won't happen anyway. mtmuley

Try your hammers yet?

Another fine example of our federal government whatever the hell they want & not listening to the local hunters

I wish we had lions in PA again. The occasional puma sighting might keep some of the invasives from NY and NJ from traipsing through our woods.

The environmental/animal rights groups such as the HSUS use a law called the "Equal Access to Justice Act" to block predator numbers. There has been an effort to modify that act so these rich groups can no longer use government money to sue the government -- but I think it's been stymied by the Democrats who support the environmental/animal rights groups. The Trump administration is also now looking into making changes to the "Endangered Species Act" which is also being used and abused to achieve their anti-hunting agenda and we're starting to see rhetoric from the same on the left about how inhumane and terrible the Trump administration is!

We need to support changes to both the Equal Access to Justice Act and the Endangered Species Act!
